1) What is the application process/timeline?
Ongoing: Rolling Registration
Students who are interested in attending the tours need to apply by filling in the respective Google Form.
Jan 30: Early Bird Registration Deadline
Participants who register through the Google Form by this date will receive an email confirmation from an AddedSport Mentor regarding a reduced rate to guarantee their spot on the tour. All applicants should wait until the final confirmation date before purchasing any flights.
March 31: Regular Registration Deadline
Participants that sign up by this date will receive an email confirmation from an AddedSport Mentor regarding the normal rate to be paid to reserve their spot on the tour. Participants who sign up after this date will be placed on the waiting list and added to the tour based on AddedSport’s digression. All applicants should wait until the final confirmation date before purchasing any flights.
May 15: Final Confirmation
Hotel information and other finalized details will be sent to the confirmed list of participant and their parents. All payments from the applicants should be received by this date.
June 1: Webinar Scheduled
Participants will be introduced to the AddedSport Mentors who will be facilitating the tour. Mentors will brief participants about the itinerary, packing list, expected code of conduct, as well as answer any questions from participants or their parents.
2) What is the refund policy?
Before May 15: If a participant decides to withdraw from the tour before this date, they will receive a full refund.
Between May 15 to June 15: If a participant decides to withdraw from the tour between these dates, they will receive a 50% refund.
After June 15: No Refunds accepted.
3) Will my child be meeting college coaches on the tour?
Yes. We are meeting coaches at more than 50% of the colleges that we are visiting during each tour. All meetings are sport-specific (i.e. we only meet college tennis coaches in our tennis tour) There may also be college coaches scouting players at the tournament.
4) How many colleges and coaches will we be meeting in the tours?
The Golf Tour visits approximately 8-10 universities and meets the coaches at each campus.
The Tennis Tour visits approximately 11-12 universities and meets the coaches at each campus.
5) What is the duration of the tour?
The duration of the tour will be 10-12 days, encompassing a private camp, tournament, university campus visits, and sport specific college coach meetings.
